Terms of Service
Effective date: February 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Altus Digital platform ("Platform") at credit.altus-digital.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and API consumers.
2. Description of Service
Altus Digital provides a B2B cloud credits platform that enables businesses to purchase cloud credits via SWIFT bank transfer. Upon payment confirmation by our team, credits are added to your account balance. Credits can be spent on cloud.altus-digital.io services. We also provide API endpoints for programmatic credit balance checks and deductions.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Purchases & Payments
All credit purchases are made via SWIFT bank transfer to the account details provided on your invoice. Invoices are generated when you submit a purchase request through the Platform. Payment must be received in full before credits are added to your account. All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Completed transactions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Credits
Credits are added to your account balance upon successful payment confirmation. Each credit amount corresponds to the USD value of your purchase. You are responsible for the security of your account and API key. Altus Digital is not liable for unauthorized use of your account or API key. We do not guarantee the availability of cloud resources on the cloud.altus-digital.io platform.
6. API Usage
API access is provided through API keys issued via your dashboard. You agree not to share your API key with unauthorized parties, exceed reasonable rate limits or use the API in a manner that degrades service quality, use the API for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent the Platform's security mechanisms. We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for violations of these Terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Platform for any illegal activity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Platform; transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altus Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused credit codes remain valid and redeemable unless otherwise specified. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Altus Digital is registered.
